These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we offer, including artisan cake baking, custom celebration cakes, wedding cake design, miniature patisserie, afternoon tea catering, bespoke dessert tables, corporate gifting, nationwide delivery of baked goods, seasonal confectionary, and baking classes and workshops. By accessing or using our online platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders placed through our online platform are subject to acceptance by Cinnamon Coast. We will confirm acceptance via email.

Payment for all products and services must be made in full at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise specified for custom or corporate orders.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations for standard orders must be made within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Beyond this period, refunds may not be possible due to the perishable nature of our products and preparation commencement.

For custom celebration cakes, wedding cakes, and catering services, specific cancellation policies will be outlined in your individual booking agreement.

Baking workshop cancellations: Full refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to the workshop date. A 50% refund for cancellations made 3-6 days prior. No refunds for cancellations less than 3 days prior or for no-shows.
5. Delivery and Collection

Nationwide delivery is available for selected baked goods. Delivery charges and estimated timings will be clearly stated at checkout.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. Redelivery attempts may incur additional charges.

For collection orders, please adhere to the agreed collection time. We cannot guarantee product quality or availability if collected outside of the agreed window.

Cinnamon Coast is not responsible for damage to items once they have been delivered or collected safely.
6. Allergens and Dietary Information
Cinnamon Coast uses ingredients that may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions due to undisclosed allergies.
